 We are happy to announce a new version of CoFFEE which is both suitable for education with prepared group sessions and business sessions with an unprepared approach. Version 5.0 now includes a collaborative real-time mindmapping tool , a document sharing tool and a shared drawing tool.

Upgrading from a previous version?

Back up files you've created (such as session and template files) or that you need to save (traces and log files). You'll find them in the CoFFEE directory (by default "\Program Files\CoFFEE"), and then
-Controller\Sessions - your session files (the ones you prepared in the Lesson Planner) 
-Controller\trace - paused sessions (in case you wish to resume them in the future) and trace files (for researchers) 
-LessonPlanner\Templates - your templates
-Controller\ClassFiles - Your classFile files, those files that store your student lists
Uninstall the previous versions (by choosing "Uninstall" in the menu)
Delete the directory where you installed the program (by default "\Program Files\CoFFEE")
